What this website collects
Information you submit through membership, volunteer, contact, RSVP, and issue-report forms. This may include your name, contact details, date of birth, region, constituency, and the content of your submission.
Why it is collected
To review membership and volunteer applications, coordinate events, respond to enquiries, and assess reported community issues. Information is not sold.
How it is protected
Submissions are stored in a server-side database that is blocked from public web access. Website requests use session protection, validation, and rate limiting. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Who can access it
Authorised Yellow Ghana personnel who need the information for the purposes above and hosting providers that operate the website. Information should not be posted publicly without an additional review and lawful basis.
Retention and your choices
Information should be kept only as long as required for the relevant activity and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing info@yellowghana.com.
